NTN Unpacked

New Tech Network (NTN) is a national nonprofit dedicated to systemic change in education. We center K-12 schools as the units of change, working closely with district leaders, school principals, and classroom educators, to co-design an approach to change that is specific to their context. This podcast will lift up the first hand stories and experiences schools have had while engaging with the work of NTN as well as provide listeners with the opportunity to learn more about NTN.

Dr. Valerie Grijalva serves as a School Development Coach for the New Tech Network. Prior to this role, she was a district facilitator supporting a variety of adult learners in systemic change. A former elementary teacher with nearly 20 years experience in the education field, Valerie not only brings a wide range of experience, perspective, and knowledge, but also deeply believes in the power of joy, humor, and fun. Inspired by her two daughters, Val is devoted to cultivating safe and inclusive learning spaces where everyone can show up as their true, authentic selves. She is passionate about building relationships & hearing stories.
